KingsPointe is located 70 miles southeast of Dallas on the southern end of Cedar Creek Lake in Malakoff, Texas. The community's homes are on Kings Row - a street that connects to FM 3054 just east of the city of Log Cabin, Texas.


  • Malakoff is only a short four-mile trip south on 198
  • Eustace is only 10 minutes N.E. on FM 2329
  • Gun Barrel City is only 16 minutes north on 198
  • Athens is only 14 miles away on 175


KingsPointe is a private community on a private road. The community is governed by a Property Owners Association made us of approximately 60 residents.


The community is generally a quiet one, made up of a close-knit group of people who know each other well. The community has a private boat ramp located in the middle of Kings Row.


There are 90 homesite lots owned by approximately 60 residents. Two thirds of the community have lake front or lake view homes.


  • The power is managed by Oncor with multiple electric service providers. 
  • Water is provided by Lakeshore Utilities. The KingsPointe community does not have sewer services and all properties must have septic systems. There is weekly trash pickup through 3P Trash Services. 
  • Cable TV and phone service can be accessed through Century Link. Internet and satellite TV are available through HughesNet and Direct TV.


Yes! Kings Row is protected by the Henderson County Sheriff's department and the area's local fire departments. More importantly, KingsPointe is protected by a very diligent group of home owners that closely watch out for each other.
